All-on-4 & All-on-6 Dental Implants
Full-Arch Tooth Replacement with Our Partner Clinic
All-on-4 and All-on-6 are advanced full-arch dental implant solutions designed for individuals who have lost most or all of their teeth, or whose remaining teeth are no longer suitable for long-term restoration.
These treatments replace an entire upper or lower arch of teeth using a fixed prosthetic bridge supported by dental implants. All treatment is planned and delivered at our partner dental clinic, supported by advanced technology, experienced clinicians, and structured clinical protocols.
What is All-on-4?
All-on-4 is a full-arch implant technique where four dental implants are strategically placed in the jawbone to support a fixed set of replacement teeth.
The implants are positioned to maximise available bone and support long-term function, aesthetics, and stability.
What is All-on-6?
All-on-6 follows a similar concept, using six dental implants to support a full fixed arch.
In some cases, the additional implants may provide increased stability and load distribution, depending on bone quality and clinical assessment.
How the Treatment Process Looks
1. Preliminary Review (Before Travel)
Where possible, clients are encouraged to share:
Recent dental reports or X-rays from their local dentist
These records allow the partner clinic’s clinicians to conduct an initial review and provide an indicative outline of possible treatment options and timelines.
2. Comprehensive Clinical Assessment (On Arrival)
Once you arrive at the partner clinic, a detailed in-person assessment is completed, including:
3D CBCT imaging
Digital intra-oral scans
Evaluation of bone quality, bite, and soft tissues
This assessment confirms whether All-on-4 or All-on-6 is suitable and finalizes the treatment plan.
3. Implant Surgery
Implant placement is performed in a dedicated surgical theatre
Procedures are digitally planned using CBCT-guided technology
Conscious sedation options may be available where clinically appropriate
In suitable cases, a temporary fixed prosthesis may be placed on the same day or shortly after surgery.
4. Healing & Integration Phase
After surgery:
Initial recovery typically occurs within 7–14 days
Implants integrate with the bone over a period of 3–6 months
A temporary fixed bridge is usually worn during healing
Clinical reviews monitor healing, comfort, and implant stability.
5. Final Teeth Placement
Once healing is complete:
A custom-designed final prosthetic bridge is fabricated
Designed using digital workflows and in-house laboratory support
Focused on comfort, function, and natural aesthetics
